Kishtwar, Oct 5
: The body of 22-year-old woman who had been missing for over two weeks was recovered by the SDRF team of Kishtwar police on Sunday.
Officials told news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC that the deceased has been identified as Shareefa Begum, wife of Mohammad Rafiq, a resident of Kwar Nagsini, Kishtwar. She had been missing since 18 September 2025.
She was the mother of two children. Further investigation into the case is underway. (KNC)
