Security forces on Friday recovered the body of a second missing soldier in the Ahlan Gadole forest area of Kokernag in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, officials said.
An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the body was recovered after five days of massive search operation in the dense forests of Ahlan Gadole.
He said two soldiers had gone missing during an anti-terror operation earlier this week with body of one soldier recovered on Thursday, while another soldier’s body was recovered today.
