4 Children Injured In Unexploded Stun Munition Explosion In Handwara

Srinagar, October 29(GNS): Atleast four Children were injured after unxploded stun munition explosed in Tutigund Kulangam area of North Kashmir’s Handwara.

A top police officer told GNS that some children in a paddy field were fiddling with spent/ unexploded stun munition resulting injuries to four children.

All injured children have been shifted to GMC Handwara for treatment, where there condition is said to be stable. They have been identified as Uzair Tahir(14) S/o Tahir Ahmad Bhat, Sajid Rashid(14) S/o Ab Rashid Sofi Hazim Shabir(12) S/o Shabir Ahmad Beigh and Zeyan Tahir(12) S/o Tahir Ahmad Bhat all residents of Tutigund Kulangam.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
