Kupwara, Dec 31 : A 27-year-old man was injured after he fell from a bridge near the Deputy Commissioner’s office in Kupwara on Thursday.
Officials told news agency Kashmir News Corner (KNC) that the injured person has been identified as a resident of Kupwara. He was initially rushed to District Hospital Kupwara, from where he was referred to the Bone and Joint Hospital, Barzulla, Srinagar, for specialised treatment.
The victim sustained injuries to both feet. His condition is stated to be stable and he is undergoing treatment, they said.
