Jammu, Feb 6: Union Home Minister Amit Shah, accompanied by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, on Friday chaired a high-level security review meeting at Lok Bhawan in Jammu as part of his two-day visit to the Union Territory.
The Home Minister arrived in Jammu on Thursday evening. During his visit, Shah reviewed the overall security scenario and ongoing counter-terrorism measures in the region along with Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha at Lok Bhawan, where senior police and administrative officials were present.
Earlier in the day, the Union Home Minister visited the Gurnam and Bobiya Border Outposts (BOPs) in the Hiranagar sector of Jammu and Kashmir.
