Bhartiya Janta Party leader Sharma on Monday launched a scathing attack on Chief Minister Omar Abdullah, accusing him of shifting responsibility while failing to deliver on key issues.
Speaking to media persons, Sharma, as per news agency Kashmir News Corner — KNC, said Omar Abdullah creates narratives suggesting that he handles all transfers and related matters but distances himself when it comes to real governance.
“He always says he has no powers when it’s time to act. These are failed leaders who have no concern for the poor. Now, the competition is about real development, not excuses,” he said.
Sharma further stated that the Government of India will provide compensation to the flood victims and it is being Reviewed.
“We stand committed to our promises and will ensure that relief reaches those affected,” he added. (KNC)
