Markaz Knowledge City, Kerala — Dr. Muhammed Abdul Hakkim Azhari, Imam of Jamiul Futuh – The Indian Grand Masjid at Markaz Knowledge City, has been formally invited to participate in the International Sama’ Hadith Sahih Muslim 2025, a premier global scholarly assembly scheduled to take place at Masjid Putra, Putrajaya, Malaysia, from 19 to 29 November 2025.
Hosted under the patronage of the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Government of Malaysia, this prestigious event aims to revive and celebrate the centuries-old Islamic tradition of samaʿ al-ḥadīth—the live, oral recitation and transmission of Hadith through rigorously authenticated chains (isnād). The gathering seeks to reaffirm the continuity of Islamic knowledge, connecting today’s scholars with classical authorities and preserving the living heritage of Hadith scholarship for future generations.
The 2025 edition features an eminent lineup of internationally respected scholars and Musnidīn, including:
