Kulgam, Dec 14: The Kund belt in Kulgam witnessed a significant development in the healthcare sector with Dr. Zubair Ahmad Naikoo (MD), a skilled and dedicated Pediatrician, organizing a free pediatric medical camp, bringing much-needed relief to the local population.
For a long time, residents of Kund Valley were forced to travel to Qazigund or Anantnag for child healthcare, resulting in loss of time, extra expenses, and difficulties during medical emergencies. The availability of a pediatric specialist within the valley has now addressed this long-standing concern.
During the camp, around 150 patients were examined and provided free medicines, highlighting Dr. Zubair’s commitment to community service and child welfare. Parents expressed satisfaction and relief over the quality care provided locally.
